Refund policy

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return, contact us at y.clever.kids@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at y.clever.kids@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
